Coffee makes all the difference! Who knew?

For years we have been making chocolate cupcakes, and we discovered that adding coffee to the batter gives it all the more flavor and finesse. We have found that the coffee also gives the cake a much fluffier and moist texture that differentiates it from the others. If you have a chocolate cupcake or cake recipe needing a bit of a pop to the mixture, try putting half a cup of coffee in.
